What I Like:
♥ Waterproof!♥ Glittery
♥ Nice color
♥ Pigmented, no need base
♥ Not smudged :)
♥ Not pricey
What I Dislike:
* I am not really good at pen eyeliner LOL
Purchase Again? Yes, with another color to try.

DeleteIt's such a nice colour, I would use it during the summer for night time beach parties <3 <3 One question about it, does it twist at the bottom? I don't know if that makes sense haha like a lipstick, is there more product inside that can twist up, or is the point all there is? Sorry if that's hard to understand hahaha

The color is pretty and i agree with you that it looks turquoise. I love turquoise and the color looks like soft turquoise as well.
