EYES. The most beautiful things in face. With eyes we can look and see everything. Yet makeup, the most lovely spot to draw is our eyes, are you agree with me? :)
FACE. The very first thing people see when meeting someone. Many men seeing your face first, not directly to your heart in the first meet. It is very important to take a very good care of our face :)
That's why we have to take care of our asset more seriously. In this post I want to talk about eyes, face and arounds. This is and open post so everyone can join this discus!
After reading some books, watch videos on youtube, googling, and sharing with my sisters, I got many tips, easy, simple, and little things to love our face and eyes.
And I add "difficulty level" at my point of view. lol.

1. Not stretching your eyes whenever using eyeliner
Some people find it's quite hard to use eyeliner, mostly said liquid eyeliner is the hardest. Stretch your eyelid does make it easier to apply the liner indeed, but trust me, in some other times it will be a habit and make eyelid skin dilate also down more quickly.

2. Never squeezing your eyes whenever its itchy
Eyes often get itchy when they're in dry condition, especially when you are in room with AC all day, or little dust come to your eyes. But please don't squeeze them! Instead, buy cendohyalub to heal the itchiness. It is very safe and recommended by eye doctor. Seriously, never squeeze, that bad habit also can hurt your eye cornea. My eyes are sensitive and the doctor tells me to keep this med at home. The doctor call this med "real tears" so it's definitely safe for eyes (with expired-time 3 days after opening cap).
Difficulty level: Easy (though it's quite pricey)

3. Tap gently your face after bath/face washing, instead of rubbing to face
You will not recognize the effect in realtime, but yes, the dermatologist says it does make effect in years, because rubbing your face with towel will make your face more dry and the stretched skin would drown more quick. So, just tap tap tap tap and tap face after bath gently, let it dry slowly, and the skin will still hydrated.

4. Use sunscreen everyday even in the cloudy day
It's not a secret anymore, everyone knows this rule for beauty. Fixed price, and can't bargain it. Must choose minimal 30 SPF and re-apply after 2 hours. No need to explain more here, lol. Apply sunscreen before foundation.
Difficulty level: Easy but yeah lazy sometimes!
5. Erase and retouch your makeup after +- 6 hours maximum
Our pores need oxygen to breath. Foundation, powder, blusher, and concealer make it hard to breath, so don't force your face. Erase your makeup with good alcohol-free remover, and then if you still need your makeup, put it on again.
Difficulty level: Medium, sometimes it sucks to bring complete makeup tools in handbag
6. Sleep facing upwards
Some will ask why. Not everyone realize that when we sleep facing sideways, our skin is stretching and the cheek is pressed. Maybe this position of sleep is the most comfy, but in years, it makes wrinkles. Sleeping facing upwards also good for your lungs, you can breath freely.
Difficulty level: Hard (for me lol)
7. Use eye cream every night
Choose the best eye cream for you. No need to buy age 40 + if you are still on 20 +. Pick the eye cream with these ingredients: retinol, collagen, hyaluronic acid, pomegranate extracts, etc. More please read here. See the difference below:
There's a little rule for using eye cream:
1. Tap a little amount of cream to under eye area but not in eyebag! The cream will crawl by itself to the eyebag, if you put the cream in eyebag area, it will crawl to your eyes area and you will feel uncomfortable for that.
2. Simply spread with ring finger because it has the most soft touch among all fingers.
Difficulty level: medium, eyecream is quite expensive and im sometimes forget to use
8. Know your face's skin type
This point is important. You have to know your skin type. If you're oily one, don't use products for dry skin type. There are 4 types of skin: normal, oily, dry, and combination (usually Tzone oily).
Determine yours here and here.
Difficulty level: easy, because i have normal type XD
9. Makeup-free day
Let your pores breath! It's easy right? Just use your sunscreen and go outside without any effort :3
Difficulty level: super easy lolololol
10. Sleep early and enough
Skin removes the dead cell and toxin inside our body while we're sleeping at night, and when we had lack of sleep, the toxin is run to whole body and dark circle will appears because under eyes area is the most thin and gentle one. Read here for complete explanation.
The best time of sleep for adult is 7-8 hours a day. The best range is from 10.00 pm - 05.00 am.
Difficulty level: medium, i am a nocturnal creature :((
11. Drink more mineral water
Real mineral water consists O2 (oxygen) which is sooooo good for our body, not only skin. Cold or hot, just drink more water :) read here for scientific explanations :p
Difficulty level: Medium, since i sometimes forget
12. Less sugar, please
Sugar can makes wrinkles and reduce collagen in your skin! Beware of sugary things! Read here and here please read, just read, I can't explain in my own words....
Difficulty level: HARD! I adore desserts! T___T
13. Consume natural vit. E
It's not a secret that Vit. E has big role for skin health. Consume more food like: seaweed, paprika, almonds, spinach, tomatoes, avocado, etc.
Or you can simply consume vit. E in capsule every day. Vitamin E could be used as nutrition for hair, scars, pimples, too! :D need more complicated explanation? Read here.

14. Make sure your makeup tools are clean
Never forget to clean your brushes at least twice a month. And don't forget to check your cosmetic expired date for your safety. List of most usual cosmetic:
15. Make sure your contact lens are safe to use
Never skip the date of your lens expiry date!!!!! It's very dangerous!!! Read here to find out the deep explanation and details :)
Difficulty level: easy, sometimes i dont use in 12 months, just 10 months only
16. Learn anger management - stress free
When you are angry or anxious, your forehead and around eyes area make wrinkles for temporary until the anger gone. But what if you do the anger all the time? Answer by yourself :)
Difficulty level: medium lol
17. Say "no" to soda, junk food, and "yes" to vegetables.
It's really fun to eat junk foods, soda, desserts, but they could kill your elasticity slowly, yet give you cholesterol T_T
Difficulty level: medium, i dont like kfc, mcd, and etc :D
18. Do facial massage at home
Facial massage makes your face more defined. It's like exercise but more concentrate on face. Read here for my post about facial massage and V-shaped face look! Facial massage yet makes face more tight if you do this everyday :D
Difficulty level: easy
19. Use mask minimal once a week
I wrote about how mask works here please do check. Mask can be in three types: sheet, peel off, and wash off. They got different ways to use but same minerals for your skin!
Difficulty level: medium, i quite lazy sometimes :|
20. Don't be lazy to clean your face after a long day
The simplest thing to do, right? For me, the usual ritual after a long day with makeup is: clean face with facial foam, clean face with cleansing oil, and last fresh my face with toner. I use this product as my cleansing oil recently :)
Sometimes just clean the face with foam/remover only is not enough, because there's some micro chemical in our pores and can caused acnes if they're still there for a long time :O
